Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono attended and gave welcome remarks to participants of the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) for Education and Training of the Indonesian Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) for 2023.

Rakornas was held by Home Ministry and Jakarta Provincial Government which took place June 4-6 l, 2023, at the Borobudur Hotel, Jalan Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta, Monday (6/5).
"I'm very proud and welcome BPSDM officials from all over Indonesia to gather to attend the Rakornas while at the same time enjoying the atmosphere of Jakarta to take the MRT and LRT, see Monas and lighting activities at night which are specially presented to participants," expressed the Acting Governor, when he gave a speech.

He also recalled his experience when he entered as a Candidate for Civil Servants, by participating in training with all levels, including taking part in training at Rindam TNI.
"It is a uniting part of us all. Hopefully, it can be continued to create discipline, love for the motherland and togetherness to build Indonesia through the local government," he continued.
He emphasized that building activities carried out by BPSDM should not be taken lightly, as they are not physically visible.
"If the infrastructure is seen, the impact will be felt. Therefore, it is only natural that the Jakarta Government supports this Rakornas," he asserted.
Based on the reports, children born in 2005 will become leaders in 2045. Hence, they must be a concern, because of changes in character.
"They are smart and tech savvy but there is one thing to be aware of that this difference in character is very important. And also the changes in life that they demand. This is a challenge for the head of Jakarta BPSDM and all of Indonesia, thus we don't break up in the sustainable development of our country," he stated.
